GENERAL PROVISIONS

In order to maintain the right to privacy of website users www.avante.pl (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and to fulfill the requirements arising from legal provisions, TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A. based in Elbląg publishes a document in which it explains and informs about the way in which data provided by users of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) is collected, processed and secured. Before using the website, the User should read this Privacy Policy.

COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF DATA BY TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A.

Angielski The administrator of personal data (“administrator”) provided by the User when using the website www.avante.pl is TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A., which processes personal data in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council as on April 27, 2016 (“GDPR”) and the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A. provides its Users with the opportunity to use its website anonymously, however, in order to gain full access to the content and services offered through websites such as newsletters or partner zones, it is advisable to register by completing the registration form.

Providing data by the User is voluntary, but failure to provide some data may prevent registration and use of some services.

TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A. stores Users’ personal data only for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. Personal data may be stored longer if such an obligation results from legal provisions or it is necessary for the defense or investigation by TECHNIKA OKIENNA S.A. claims against Users.

POLICY OF “COOKIES” AND OTHER MECHANISMS FOR AUTOMATIC STORAGE OF DATA ON THE USER’S END DEVICES OR AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFERRED BY THE USER

The website uses automatic data storage mechanisms. They are used to better adapt to the needs of Users.

For the purposes of this policy, automatic data storage mechanisms will be referred to as “cookies”. “Cookies” are files saved on the User’s end device, used to identify the User’s browser when using the Websites. The information provided by our Users is processed and stored using appropriate security measures in accordance with the requirements of Polish law. WINDOW TECHNIKA S.A. protects Users’ data against unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Data is processed in a controlled environment while maintaining high standards of protection.
